We cross-reference your vehicle's OEM spec against our sourcing databases. Every part is assigned a confidence tier (A–D) before we proceed. We'll flag anything that needs clarification before quoting.

Supplier Sourcing & Best Price

Within 4 hours

We compare verified suppliers across our network for price, availability, and delivery speed. For US-sourced parts, brokerage and duties are calculated and included in the quote — no hidden fees.

Order Placed With Supplier

Next business day

Once you approve the quote, we place the order directly with the supplier. You'll receive a confirmation email. Core deposits (if applicable) are collected at this stage and held until your old part is returned.

Shipped & Tracked

1–3 business days

The supplier ships directly to your address. We send you the tracking number as soon as it's available. Cross-border shipments clear customs through our brokerage — no action required on your end.

Delivered to Your Door

2–5 business days total

Your part arrives tracked and confirmed. If anything is wrong — wrong part, damaged in transit, fitment issue — contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right. For core returns, you have 90 days from this date.

Cross-border note: All US-sourced parts clear Canadian customs through our brokerage process. Duties and brokerage fees are included in your quoted price — no surprise charges at the door.

Warranty Coverage

  • Tier A parts — incorrect fitment due to a verified spec error: we coordinate return with the supplier at no cost to you
  • Tier B / C parts — assessed case-by-case; we advocate on your behalf with the supplier
  • Return window — 30 days from confirmed delivery
  • Exclusions — installed parts, consumables (filters, fluids), and parts modified after delivery

Core Deposit Returns

  • What is a core charge? — A refundable deposit on rebuildable parts (alternators, starters, brake calipers). Paid at checkout, returned when you send back the old part.
  • How to return — Log in → Order History → "Request Core Return." We coordinate the return label.
  • Window — 90 days from delivery. Deposit is forfeited after that.
  • Refund — Issued to your original payment method once we receive the core.
