Founder's Foreword
I have been in love with cars for as long as I can remember.
When I was younger, I remember driving with my dad and being in awe of these remarkable pieces of engineering. Sports cars, utility vehicles, trucks — it did not matter. I was sold.
Fast forward to 2022. I told everyone around me that I was going to buy my very own F-150. After a thorough search, I found a 2016 F-150 XLT Crew Cab. I named it Beanie.
It had everything I needed. Since that day, Beanie has carried me across Canada and the United States. It allowed me to go further than I had ever gone before — reliably, confidently, and without asking for much in return.
But nothing is ever perfect.
These trucks are strong, but Canadian roads, harsh winters, suspension wear, and cooling-system stress eventually take their toll. Anyone who owns one knows how much these vehicles can take — but not indefinitely.
At one point, I found myself stranded because of a cooling leak from the water pump. The leak damaged the hose assembly, and both parts had to be replaced. My mechanic could find the parts, but the cost was high and the delays were real. So I decided to take matters into my own hands and search for the best-quality parts I could find from trusted sources.
That is where Specter Parts was born.
This platform is for stories like mine and Beanie's. It is not about the grandiosity of cars and trucks. It is about what they quietly make possible when they are properly cared for: work, travel, independence, reliability, and the freedom to go further.

Specter Parts is a sourcing and fulfillment service for Canadian drivers, fleets, and independent shops. We operate as an intermediary — not a warehouse or a traditional retailer. When you submit a request, we draw on a network of Canadian and U.S. suppliers to source the right part at the best possible landed cost.
We specialize in the trucks, vans, and SUVs Canadians actually rely on: Ford, RAM, GMC, Chevrolet, Toyota, and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. Every quote reflects verified fitment and includes the part cost, applicable import duties, brokerage, and taxes — no surprise customs charges at the door. Carrier shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address.
How We Work
Specter Parts is a sourcing and fulfillment intermediary — not a warehouse or a traditional retailer. When you submit a request, here is what happens:
Fitment Verification
We cross-reference your vehicle details against OEM specifications and our supplier databases before sourcing anything.
Supplier Sourcing
We identify the best-priced option across our network of Canadian and U.S. automotive suppliers.
Landed Cost Calculation
We calculate the complete delivered cost — part price, applicable taxes, and any import duties — with nothing hidden.
Detailed Quote Delivered
You receive the part price, duties, brokerage, and taxes — with a clear fitment confidence tier (A–D). Shipping is added at checkout.
Order, Track, Deliver
We place the order, coordinate fulfillment, and ship directly to your door with full carrier tracking.
Your card is authorized at checkout but only charged once supplier confirmation is received — typically within 4 business hours. If we cannot source the part at the quoted price, the authorization is released and you owe nothing.

Every part is assigned a confidence tier (A–D) based on OEM data before you see a price. Tier A means guaranteed fit.
Transparent Pricing
Import duties, brokerage, and taxes are included in your quote. Carrier shipping is calculated at checkout — shown before you pay.
Tracked Delivery
Every order ships with tracking. Canadian-sourced parts arrive in 1–5 business days; U.S.-sourced in 5–10.

We respond to every inquiry within 1 business day and advocate on your behalf if anything goes wrong.
